La Coupe d’Afrique des nations (CAN) féminine 2022 a été remporté récemment par les Banyana Banyana. C’était contre le Maroc, pays hôte de la compétition. Une victoire qui a suscité l’euphorie en Afrique du Sud.
Ce trophée est le premier en huit participations pour les Sud-Africaines. Elles ont célébré leurs médailles d’or dans une ambiance festive. L’équipe championne était en pleine joie, ayant décroché en plus de la Coupe, le prix de la Meilleure gardienne de but et du Fair Play.
